Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Bespoke and Made-to-Order Products
Products made to your specifications, dimensions, material selections, or personalised requirements are exempt from cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
As a result, bespoke and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded simply because you have changed your mind.

If your furniture arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, we may:
Arrange a repair.
Provide a replacement.
Offer a partial refund.

Natural Materials
Wood is a natural material and may contain variations in grain, colour, texture, knots, and other naturally occurring features.
These characteristics are not considered defects and are an inherent part of handcrafted timber furniture.
Natural Timber Characteristics
Our furniture is crafted from natural timber and other natural materials. As such, every piece is unique and will display individual characteristics that contribute to its appearance and character.
These characteristics may include, but are not limited to:
Variations in grain pattern and figure.
Knots, burrs, pin knots, mineral streaks, and natural markings.
Variations in colour and tone.
Medullary rays and natural figuring.
Small checks, splits, or surface features inherent to the material.
Variations in texture and finish absorption.
Photographs shown on our website are representative examples only. Due to the unique nature of timber, the product you receive will not be identical to any photographs, samples, or previous pieces.
These natural characteristics are not defects and do not constitute grounds for rejection, return, replacement, or refund.
Timber Movement and Environmental Conditions
Wood is a living natural material that responds to changes in temperature and humidity throughout its lifetime.
As environmental conditions change, timber may naturally expand, contract, develop minor surface checking, or undergo subtle movement. These changes are a normal characteristic of solid wood furniture and are not considered manufacturing defects.
To minimise movement, customers should:
Maintain a stable indoor environment where possible.
Avoid placing furniture near radiators, underfloor heating outlets, fireplaces, wood burners, air conditioning units, or direct sources of heat.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Avoid excessive humidity or excessively dry conditions.
We shall not be responsible for damage, distortion, cracking, splitting, warping, or movement resulting from environmental conditions beyond our reasonable control or from failure to follow care guidance.
Natural timber movement does not affect your statutory rights where a genuine manufacturing defect exists.
Customer Measurements and Made-to-Order Acknowledgement
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all product dimensions before placing an order and to ensure that furniture can be accommodated within the intended space.
Customers are responsible for checking:
Overall furniture dimensions.
Doorway widths and heights.
Hallways, staircases, lifts, and access routes.
Ceiling heights and turning clearances.
Any site-specific restrictions that may affect delivery or installation.
We cannot accept responsibility for products that are unsuitable due to incorrect measurements, assumptions regarding fit, or access restrictions at the delivery location.
By placing an order for a bespoke, custom-made, or made-to-order product, you acknowledge and agree that:
The item is being manufactured specifically for you.
Production may commence shortly after the order is accepted.
Once production has commenced, the order cannot normally be cancelled.
Bespoke and made-to-order products are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation rights that apply to many distance sales under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Natural variations in materials, colour, grain, and finish are accepted as part of the design and character of the product.
